Nice hotel, a little dated however very clean and constantly seeing cleaners around. Breakfast was nice but limited, fresh crepes, fresh eggs and omelettes, delicious pastries, and fruit. Coffee machines and fresh fruit juices, and Moroccan dishes. A 10 minute taxi to the souks and restaurants which are all gorgeous too, would recommend travelling out rather than an all inclusive but that’s preference. We were a group of 14 women and no one had a single issue with rooms or service.

5 STARS TO THE STAFF Visited this hotel recently and wow, clean rooms friendly staff couldn’t ask for more The entertainment team and bar staff went above and beyond SHOUT OUT TO MO+ SID and the two gentlemen behind the pool side bar you made my experience that much better !!! Only let down was that we was on the bottom floor and after being out on a trip all day we came back to the balcony wide open we eventually found out that it was the cleaner as we found our towel on the floor in the garden that had blown away ! Other was one of the main members of staff I presume the boss on multiple occasion shouting at his staff . Unprofessional Thank you for a pleasant stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the amazing staff. I would especially like to thank Kenza, who was incredibly professional, kind, and always welcoming. Her warm attitude and constant smile made me feel right at home. She was always ready to help and went above and beyond to ensure guests were satisfied. A big thank you to her and to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay with top-notch service. Thank you all—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came to Marrakech previously, stayed in a different hotel, it was really good service so I decided to come back to Marrakech again but brought some more relatives with me and we decided to stay in this hotel. As august is a time when summer is at its peak, air conditioning was much needed, however the AC barely cooled the room and there was hair and stains on the beds. On our first day they made us wait in the lobby for 3 hours after a very long flight, it was scorching hot, no AC meanwhile the managers office had the AC on full blast and it was very cool in there. However, there are some pros about the hotel which was the entertainment and pool. There was great entertainment by the music pool and really nice staff working there but children's pool was cloudy and grassy and was apparently not cleaned for 2 weeks. The location however is really good as there is a mall right down the road (Al Mazar) where they have a variety of restaurants there if you didn't go for an all inclusive. We had dinner at the hotel for 1 night and the food was plain, no flavour whatsoever however for breakfast there was a variety of things to choose from. Overall I would come back if there was working AC and if they maintained some hygiene.

Hotel rooms good missed a kettle for coffees in the morning tho. All inclusive food was ok but found this wherever ive gone so self catering from now on. The hotel staff very helpful. Animation team full of life and work none stop to make everyone s holiday fun. Bar staff amazing and friendly and serve none stop day and night they need a pay rise. Pools lovely and clean. Party pool is definitely a party but looking for peace the quiet pool is fabulous and clean. I’d go back here lovely friendly people

We have really enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We have had such an amazing experience. Even helping with money access and printing our boarding passes.. Dancing with the staff round the poolside and the animation team even got us up on stage singing!! And yoga with entertainer Nina every morning Loved it and will be back for longer next time x

Just wanted to write a quick review to say what an amazing time my family and I have had this week on our summer holiday. We worried about the heat and had concerns about safety but I have to say that I have never enjoyed a stay so much and we are so sad to be having to go home today. The venue is amazing and has everything you could ever want (enough outside beds and seating, food, all inclusive alcohol for example). The staff are amazing and will do anything for you and the daily and night time animation team is fantastic. Special mention to Nina who encouraged participation in lots of activities. We would recommend and intend to return in the future.

The Staff are very friendly and will do everything they can to make sure you feel welcomed and looked after. Great variation of food and drink and very hygienic. Would happily visit again.
